These terms apply when you use herbalholland.com. By using the site you accept them; if you don't, please don't use it.

The site is for adults aged 18 and over only.

This website is run by Vantax (Pty) Ltd, which owns Herbal Holland's online business. Section 43 of the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act asks us to publish these details:

Licensed medicines are supplied only by our pharmacists, to registered patients with a SAHPRA authorisation.

Nothing on this site is an offer to supply any product.

The roles on our careers page show the kind of people we hire. They don't mean a position is open.

Applying doesn't create employment or a promise of it. Store roles are with the franchisee who owns the store.

The Herbal Holland name, the windmill mark and the content of this site (its words, pictures and design) belong to Herbal Holland or are used with permission.

Journalists and publishers may use the logos on our press page to refer to Herbal Holland accurately, as long as they're not altered.

Anything else needs our written permission first: ask us at hello@herbalholland.com.

Please use the site lawfully. Don't scrape it or collect contact details from it to send unsolicited messages, don't try to get around its security or interfere with how it works, and don't send false or automated enquiries.

We link to a few other sites, such as the Information Regulator and support services. We don't control them, and we aren't responsible for their content or how they handle your information.

We work to keep the site accurate and up to date, but information on it, including opening dates, may change without notice.

We may change, suspend or remove any part of the site at any time.

To the extent the law allows, Herbal Holland isn't liable for any loss that comes from using this site or relying on its information.

Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under the Consumer Protection Act or any other law that can't be excluded, or our liability for gross negligence.

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of South Africa, and South African courts have jurisdiction.

We may update these terms. The version and date at the top show when they last changed, and using the site after a change means you accept the new version.
